222ba Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 222ba website, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

222ba reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 222ba takes underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) active account on 222ba. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, address, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 222ba reserves the right to close all accounts held by that individual, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 222ba account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration, or at any point thereafter, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

3. Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Not all players are eligible for all promotions. Specific bonuses may be restricted by country, payment method, or player tier. 222ba reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on 222ba are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market, as published on the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a bet slip and the official rules for a market, the official rules shall prevail. 222ba reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds have been published due to a manifest error, system error, or data feed failure.

6.2 Casino & Slots Rules

6.3 Live Betting

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 222ba platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform employees in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of insider betting.
• Placing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Attempting to launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 222ba platform — including but not limited to the 222ba brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of 222ba or its respective third-party licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 222ba platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of 222ba. Any unauthorised use of 222ba intellectual property will be pursued vigorously.

9. Privacy & Data

222ba's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 222ba's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

The 222ba platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by 222ba

222ba reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) a security risk to the player or the platform has been identified; or (d) the player is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's funds will be held securely. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 222ba reserves the right to withhold some or all funds held in the account, depending on the nature of the breach.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal policy, provided no outstanding verification issues exist. 12. Amendments to Terms

Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
